Alex Tisch is vice president of Loews Corporation.

Alex is responsible for monitoring the performance of Loews’s subsidiaries and also focuses on strategic planning, corporate development and financing. 

In addition to his role at Loews Corporation, Alex serves on the executive leadership team of Loews Hotels & Co as Chief Commercial & Development Officer/Executive Vice President, where he oversees key functions for the hotel company, including Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, and expanding the portfolio through Acquisitions and Development.

Alex joined Loews Corporation in 2010 as a distressed credit and equity analyst in the Loews investment department. Prior to joining the company, Alex helped arrange leveraged buyout financings and advised on M&A deals for Credit Suisse. Alex also spent several years in the hedge fund industry and at the National Basketball Association focusing on business development.

Alex received an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and holds a BS in Liberal Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the boards of the American Hotel Lodging Association, the Jewish Communal Fund, the New York City Police Foundation, and the Global Lyme Alliance.
