Emilee DeMartino Appointed Vice President Of Leadership Development And Change Management

CHICAGO, May 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CNA today announced the recent appointment of Emilee DeMartino to Vice President of Leadership Development and Change Management in the Company's Human Resources department. In this role, Emilee has assumed responsibility for CNA's Organizational Change Management operation in addition to her existing role overseeing the Talent Management and Leadership Development teams. Consolidating leadership development and change management will provide CNA with the flexibility to deploy talent to its most critical priorities, while continuing to build a strong change management methodology across the company. She reports to Annette Reid, Vice President, Talent Management, Human Resources.

Emilee joined CNA in May 2011 as Assistant Vice President of Leadership Development and Talent Management, where she was responsible for developing and driving CNA's talent and leadership strategies, including high-potential talent development, employee engagement, coaching, talent review and succession planning. Prior to CNA, Emilee held roles at Accenture and Mercer Consulting.

Emilee earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and leadership studies from Fort Hays State University and a master's in business administration from Kansas State University.
