CHICAGO, Nov. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CNA today announced it will move its Florida Branch and Worldwide Operations employees to be the anchor tenant at 500 TownPark set to be complete in early 2017. CNA will occupy 108,000 of the 135,000 square foot Class A LEED certified building once complete.

CNA's Florida Branch and Worldwide Operations Service Center are currently located at 2405 Lucien Way in Maitland, Florida. CNA is expected to move to the new space in February 2017. 

Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc. (Piedmont) is the owner, manager, developer and operator of 500 TownPark and will work with Providence One Partners, LLC, real estate development investment and brokerage company, to develop CNA's new home. CNA, Piedmont and Providence One Partners will host a Groundbreaking Ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. ET.
