He is responsible for the accounting and treasury operations of the company including all corporate financial reporting, maintenance of a system of internal controls and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Mark joined Loews in 1987 as its assistant controller and was promoted to corporate controller prior to his appointment to chief accounting officer. He graduated from Hofstra University in 1981 with a B.B.A. in Accounting and embarked on his professional career in public accounting. Prior to joining Loews, Mark was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
