She is responsible for developing and executing Loews’s human resources strategy in support of the Company’s strategic direction, focusing specifically on succession planning, talent and performance management, as well as training and development.
Laura joined Loews in March of 2016. Previously, she served as head of talent management and organizational development for the Consumer & Community Banking business of JP Morgan Chase & Co. Over the last 21 years, she has held numerous HR positions at JP Morgan Chase, each with increasing responsibility and scope.
Laura is a graduate of University of Rhode Island, where she majored in psychology and received a Bachelor of Arts degree.
