Ken is responsible for monitoring the performance of Loews’s subsidiaries and focusing on strategic planning, corporate development and financing. Ken is a member of the board of directors of Diamond Offshore Drilling.
Before joining Loews, Ken worked as an investment banker for 28 years in New York and London. Most recently, he was head of mergers and acquisitions for several industry groups at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers Global M&A group. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Ken was head of U.S. Investment Banking at Schroders. Ken is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Advisory Council of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University.
Ken graduated from Cornell University in 1978 with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and received his M.B.A from Harvard Business School in 1982.
