EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Kenneth I. Siegel is a Senior Vice President of Loews Corporation.

Ken is responsible for monitoring the performance of Loews’s subsidiaries and also focuses on strategic planning, corporate development, and financing activities. Ken is a member of the Board of Directors of CNA Financial Corporation, a publicly traded subsidiary of Loews.  He also serves on the Board of Altium Packaging and is the Chairman of the Board of Boardwalk Pipelines.  

Before joining Loews in 2009, Ken worked as an investment banker for nearly 30 years in New York and London. He was Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for several industry groups at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers.  Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Ken was Head of U.S. Investment Banking at Schroders and was a member of the Executive and Operating Committees and Co-Chaired the Equity and Debt Commitment Committee.  Ken is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and was a past member of the Advisory Council of the College of the Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University, the Brookings Institution and the Luxembourg Income Study Center Director’s Council.

Ken graduated from Cornell University in 1978 with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and received his M.B.A from Harvard Business School in 1982.
