As vice president, risk management, Audrey Rampinelli is responsible for the risk management and insurance operations for Loews and its subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Loews, Ms. Rampinelli was vice president of Acadia Risk Management, a Rockefeller Financial Services Company where she was responsible for providing risk management and insurance consulting services to the Rockefeller commercial and non-profit organizations. Before joining Rockefeller Financial Services, Ms. Rampinelli established an independent risk management consulting company, and previously was the director of Risk Management for Carol Management Corporation, a real estate concern and then-owner of the Doral Hotel chain

A graduate of Syracuse University, Ms. Rampinelli also holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation. She is currently a member of the board of directors and Immediate Past President of the New York Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and a member of various professional groups including the Insurance & Risk Management Roundtable; American Hotel & Lodging Association Risk Management Committee; Pipeline Insurance Managers Conference; Liberty Mutual Risk Management Advisory Board; Swiss Re Client Advisory Panel and AIG Client Advisory Council. She has also served as an advisory board member for the Institutional Investor Annual Risk Management Forum and currently serves on the Business Insurance Risk Management Summit Advisory Board.
