CHICAGO, Jan. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CNA today announced the appointment of Sean Radford to vice president, Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, Sean will be responsible for developing talent solutions and a human capital strategy for CNA's six Zones in the U.S., and will report to Liz Aguinaga, senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer.

"Sean's proven track record of developing high-performing teams, combined with his excellent collaboration and strong leadership skills, make him well suited to partner with CNA's Worldwide Field Operations area," Aguinaga said. Sean joined CNA in 2014 as director in HR's Talent and Leadership Development team, where he was responsible for developing and driving CNA's talent and leadership strategy. Prior to CNA, Sean held leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies, both leading business operations and leadership development functions.

Sean holds a bachelor of arts degree in law and society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master's in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University.
