Description:
|
Implements and administers compensation programs and policies to include wage and salary administration, incentive programs, survey analysis, and job evaluation for Loews Corporation and Loews Hotels.
Assists in standardization of compensation functions for Loews Hotels.
Holds responsibility for the salary planning and salary budget process, inclusive of recommending the annual merit budget and merit percents.
Oversees compensation and salary planning survey participation and analysis, which provide the foundation for the development of competitive salary structures for Loews Corporation and Loews Hotels.
Serves as primary point of contact for comprehension and application of compensation programs and policies.
Serves as primary point of contact for HRMS.
Supervises two compensation analysts.

Requirements:
|
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Five years experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or related field.
Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS.
